This is a collection of photographs, a narrative and an audio interview with British Army Veteran Peter Allan Slater. Peter joined the Royal Artillery at Chatham, Kent in 1971 and served with 40 Field Regiment at Mansergh barracks in Germany and a tour in Northern Ireland, before transferring to become a mounted Gunner int he Kings Troop, Royal Horse Artillery. He left the regular Army in 1978 and served in the Territorial Army until discharge in 1983.
