An original CDV photograph of a police Inspector of the former Newport Borough Police. The date it was taken is not known but has to be post 1937 as on his tunic he is displaying a medal ribbon for the 1937 Coronation Medal. Rear of photo shows the name of an Abergavenny photograph studio.
