Born in Scotland to Chinese parents, Suzanne's unique identity as a British-born Chinese is beautifully encapsulated in her playful self-description as "BBC Two," referring to her status as the younger twin. With a rich life experience that spans Scotland, Canada, and Wales, Suzanne shares her journey of embracing her cultural roots while navigating challenges such as discrimination based on her Chinese heritage and Canadian dialect. She actively participates in various cultural activities, including Chinese dance and Tai Chi, and has even competed internationally, earning medals for her performances. Suzanne's commitment to fostering community spirit shines through as she teaches Tai Chi and Qigong, inspiring future generations to connect with their cultural heritage.
