Images from the Celebration Event for the Mapping the Model - Putting Ourselves on the Map project. The event was held at Model School on the afternoon of the 27th April. Pupils from the Creative groups created an exhibition and short presentation that explained the project and showcased threit mapping work of the past ten weeks. There was also a cake that was decorated with a map created by the pupils during the project. All event attendees got to eat a slice of Carmarthen! The event concluded with s short presentation as pupils from the Year 4 Classes involved - Dwynwen and Madoc - were presented with a personalised OS Map with and image of Wales created by the participants on the front and the Model School at the centre. A School Governor made the presentation and praised the pupils work.
