National Library Of Wales, Aberystwyth where Julia Gunn went every Thursday to research her family history. To obtain her pass, she had to have her photo taken and no coats or biro's were allowed inside. She loved it there and found no end of information on the microfilm reader. Julia had to write everything down in pencil ( no computers then ). When she arrived home, Julia was so excited and stayed up almost all night to compile it all together. Her parents would be anxious to see her the next day to hear what she had found for them both. It was hard work researching for both of them but you couldn't do one without the other!
