Mamre Methodist Chapel was built in 1843, modified in 1864 and rebuilt in 1909. The present chapel, dated 1909 was designed by architect H.W. Evans of Solva and builders D.H.Thomas & Son of Letterston. It is built in the Simple Gothic style of the long-wall entry type.
