Russell Deacon

Professor Russell Deacon is a visiting Professor of History and Politics at the University of South Wales. He is an author of numerous books and articles including a History of Liberalism in Wales and the Government and Politics of Wales. Professor Deacon is also Chair of the Lloyd George Society.
