A Newtown Heritage Explorer Project funded by HLF. This site was worked upon by Celf-Able, a group run by disabled and disability artists in Powys. After researching the history of the Halfpenny Footbridge the group made a 3D piece of artwork depicting the Toll-man who worked on the bridge for many years.
