The persons who appear to me to be those who will be entitled in each case, & participate in the rewards offered, both on the part of the Government under the Queens Proclamation, and by myself under their authority, are all such who gave to the authorities any information in secret, or openly, by which they were enabled to take steps for arresting such of the parties as were convicted or pleaded guilty at the late Assizes & whose names are in a list annexed.
