This photo is of my ggrandparents, George and Elizabeth Havardalong with their 4 children, Eleanor, Frances, Arthur and William (the baby, my grandfather) on the right hand side. Having travelled up from Brecknockshire, the couple left Livepool on 9th September 1897, on RMS Orissa, bound for Punta Arenas, Chile and all 4 children were born whilst out there. I haven't been able to find alot of information, other than baptism records for the elder 3 children and that George was a shepherd. They left Valparaiso, Chile in March 1903 aboard RMS Ligura, back to Liverpool and then home to Brecon.
