This photo of a steam roller was taken by my father with us three kids (me in the front) lined up next to it, sometime in the mid to late 1960s. I am not sure of the exact date or location but we travelled down to Llanybydder every summer from Essex, so this could be road works on the A40 or similar road in the area of Radnorshire.
