This is a photograph in the possession of Mr David Griffiths. Dai served in the RAF regiment in the 1950s. In this photograph men and women from the local Cypriot community are working at an RAF base in Cyprus. Dai and his colleagues often had to guard the work parties. RAF aircraft can be seen in the background.
