This is a photograph owned by Mr Dai Griffiths RAF retired, whom served as a RAF Regiment Gunner in 34 squadron in Cyprus during the 1950s. Pictured in the photograph is a friend of Dai's astride a motorcycle on an RAF base in Cyprus. Dai owned his own motorcycle in Cyprus and along with some colleagues also undertook convoy and VIP escort duties riding motorcycles.
