This is a photograph of the medallion presented to Private Dai Dudley of the Royal Regiment of Wales by the German Chancellor Helmut Khol in 1987. Dai and 11 other British Army soldiers from the Royal regiment of Wales, completed a charity challenge which raised a significant sum on money to help a local German children's centre in September 1987.
