Paul talks about the history of the Lost Arc building from 1803 which became the popular cafe and music venue in Rhayader in 2012. It used to be a drill hall, a wollen mill, a cinema, a ballroom, a leatherworks and an engineering works. He tells of the fire which destroyed the building and talks about the local band The Dambusters who used to play there [clip from their EP played during the recording].
