Wales possesses a vast range of different sizes and styles of buildings. These pictures illustrate just a few examples.
Image 1:
An imposing private residence, Builth Wells, Breconshire.
An 18th century chapel (Image 2) in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, and a launderette (Image 3) in Builth Wells, Breconshire.
Image 4:
Two old cottages, now a restaurant, St David's, Pembrokeshire.
Image 5:
"Sea View", Laugharne, Carmarthenshire. This large private house, once the home of Dylan Thomas, is badly in need of attention. [Sea View was sold by auction in July 2007 - see report on BBC Website. It is now (2011) the Sea View restaurant.]
An antique shop (Image 6) in Ystradgynlais, Breconshire, and the 19th century Craig-y-nos Castle (Image 7) near Pen-y-Cae, Breconshire.
