The ''Aberystwyth Official Guide and Souvenir' published by the Aberystwyth Corporation in 1924 contains an advert for the Marine Hotel and Boarding Establishments. The Manageress promoted the position of the hotel on the Promenade as the best, and the hotel's spacious lounges and garage. The hotel also served produce from its own farm and dairy.
