The person on the left is Mr Taliesin Mordecai (1890-1963). He left the Gwalia to join the RFC in 1917, and shortly afterwards married Winifred (Dolly) Goodwin, daughter of Samuel Goodwin, the Ogmore Vale Station Master. One of Dolly's sisters worked at the Gwalia doing the accounts.
